At Solar Window Cleaning, we don't take chances with anyone's safety. And we have the record to prove it.
We don't bring in subcontractors and hope for the best. We hire our cleaners and put them through window cleaning certification and equipment qualification programs. This way, we know for certain that every person who arrives at your site is trained to do a safe and professional job.
To keep safety top of mind, we conduct annual employee performance reviews in which we discuss their safety record. We also require our cleaners to take part in annual building equipment inspections and life safety programs.
On the management side, we are well versed in Ministry of Labour legislation, and we enforce compliance to every rule within it.
We have a certified Joint Health and Safety Committee, which consists of five employees who have been certified up to Level 3 in Health and Safety. And in the event of high-rise rescues or repairs, we have a crew of specially trained professionals skilled in rigging.

- Fall Arrest
- WHMIS
- CPR
- First Aid
