In fact, Solar was the first company to initiate window cleaning certification and equipment qualification programs for our employees. In addition to annual employee performance reviews, employees are required to take part in the annual inspections of building equipment and life safety programs.

In the event of high-rise rescues or repairs, we have a crew of specially trained professionals skilled in rappelling.

The Solar Group Inc. has a certified Joint Health and Safety Committee which consists of 5 employees who have been certified up to level 3.
